Who We Are

Gamble Tech Firm is the leading black women-owned technology firm in the United States, which is actively preparing the global Black community for the future in technology. Envisioned by Founder / President, Ms Tiffany Gamble of Omaha, Nebraska in 2017 to combat the lack of diversity within the tech industry.  

At Gamble Tech Firm, we help bring future tech dreamers closer to their goals. Through our globally-recognized platform, we offer a range of courses, programs and initiatives designed to help aspiring technologists hone their skills and gain valuable insights into the tech industry.

Gamble Tech Firm provides technology programming for Youth Involved institutions, Public and Private School Systems, and Community-Based Colleges and Universities across the United States with international reach with our new office in Accra, Ghana West Africa. 

What We Are For

There is only 8 percent of black people in the technology industry, an underrepresentation of Black people in technology. This is a complex issue that is rooted in systemic barriers and biases. We offer increased access to technology education and training, creating more diverse and inclusive workplace cultures, and implementing educational and training services that promote equity and advancement for underrepresented groups.

Gamble Tech Firm Aims to remove systemic barriers to enter into the tech pipeline. We create an inclusive industry by providing a safe space and community that fosters, empowers and inspires future technologists.
Our Vision
To change the statistics of only 8% of black people globally in tech careers and will train the largest population with an impact of an estimated 3000 by the year 2050.

Meet Our CEO

TIFFANY GAMBLE

Everyone knows technology has permeated our lives over the last 30 years. While the need is high for quality skilled workers in the technology ecosystem, the United States continues to struggle with finding talent. Tiffany Gamble is a social science expert over 22 years. She is a change leader, community advocate and activist for social justice. Serving the black community over the last six years to empower black women in technology has become her passion. Providing tech education, a safe space, mentorship, and a sense of belonging has become the most rewarding gift to give to the black community. Her motto: Education is continual and constant. Become a lifelong learner.
